First, make sure you are signed in with the same email address you used at checkout — your purchase is tied to that account. Sign in and open My Course. If access still hasn't unlocked after a few minutes, contact us with your name and the email used for payment and we'll fix it right away.

Card statements can take a few minutes to update, and confirmation emails sometimes land in your spam or promotions folder. Please check there first. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll resend your confirmation.

Try again with a different browser or card, and make sure your billing details match your card exactly. Declines are handled entirely by your bank or card provider — we never see your full card number. If it keeps failing, reach out and we'll help.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us using the button below and describe what happened. We'll review it with you.

On the Sign In page, use the password reset option and follow the emailed instructions. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes — the short intake questionnaire must be completed before the course sessions unlock. You'll be guided to it automatically the first time you open the course.

The narration uses your device's built-in text-to-speech. It works best in Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Make sure your device isn't muted and your volume is up, then press Play again. If you don't see the player, refresh the page.

This is almost always a connection or browser issue. Refresh the page, check your internet connection, and try again. Disabling browser extensions or ad-blockers and using an up-to-date browser usually resolves it.

Each module asks you to listen to the full narration (and finish any video or audio) before moving on. Once the narration completes, the Next button unlocks automatically.

Progress saves as you move between modules while signed in. Avoid using private/ incognito windows for the course, since they can discard your session. If a specific session isn't tracking, contact us with the session name.

If a course session freezes, will not load, or will not allow you to move forward:

1. Refresh the page once.
2. Sign out of the course, close your browser, and sign back in.
3. Try opening the course in a private/incognito browser window.
4. Try a different browser or device, preferably a desktop or laptop computer.
5. Temporarily disable ad blockers, privacy extensions, or a VPN, then try again.

Your certificate becomes available once you've completed all sessions and passed each quiz. You can then download it from your course area.

Certificates include a unique ID number that anyone (such as a court or attorney) can check on the Verify with ID# page.

Start by refreshing the page. If that doesn't help, clear your browser cache or try a different browser or device. Most display issues come from an outdated browser or a cached older version of the page.

The website is designed to work on phones, tablets, and computers. If something looks off on mobile, try rotating your device, refreshing, or updating your browser app.
